SafeTNet deconfliction
Atlanta-Carolinas HIDTA manages the SafeTNet Deconfliction System, hosted by the El Paso Intelligence Center. The system prevents blue-on-blue incidents in the field through operational deconfliction in tactical settings.
Before an operation
Participating agencies' personnel should independently deconflict operations and targets. If a sworn LEO cannot deconflict, then the responsibility is on the analyst, admin assistant, or other support personnel with access.
